Kevin is a strong believer in partnerships—with clients, team members, and communities. He doesn’t view his team as working for him but with him, each individual playing a key role in the shared success of the company. He brings the same mindset to his work with investors: operating as a servant leader focused on aligning efforts toward shared goals and creating lasting “win-win” outcomes.
Active in the community, Kevin has served on several Boards and remains engaged with local organizations including the Bluffton Community Soup Kitchen, Bluffton Rotary, and the Greater Island Council. He lives by the Rotary 4-Way Test, asking of every action:
